You will serve as a technical expert across product lines, lead troubleshooting of critical production issues with cross-functional teams, support failure analysis, and drive training to build core competencies.

You will analyze production data to drive improvements while ensuring safety and meeting production targets, and provide

Qualifications

Technical Certificate graduate (Nitec or Diploma) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Deep expertise in electro-mechanical assembly, test systems and diagnostics.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
Experience in NPI, process optimization and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical expert for assembly and test processes across product lines.
Lead troubleshooting of critical and escalated production issues with cross-functional teams.
Support in failure analysis, root cause investigations and design feedback.
Lead training and develop technical competencies across the team.
Analyze production data and KPIs for improvements.
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to production targets.
Provide leadership support to Senior Team Lead in planning and execution of production activities.
