Qualifications

• Technical Certificate graduate (Nitec or Diploma) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in electro-mechanical assembly, test systems and diagnostics.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Proven leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Experience in NPI, process optimization and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert for assembly and test processes across product lines.
• Lead troubleshooting of critical and escalated production issues with cross-functional teams.
• Support in failure analysis, root cause investigations and design feedback.
• Lead training and develop technical competencies across the team.
• Analyze production data and KPIs for improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to production targets.
• Provide leadership support to Senior Team Lead in planning and execution of production activities.

The Opportunity:

You will be joining a reputable semiconductor company in their as a member of a multi-site team that develops and sustains semiconductor assembly equipment.

Working hours:

• Shift 1: 6.45am to 3.15pm
• Shift 2: 2.45pm to 11.15pm ($15/shift)
• Shift 3: 10.45pm to 7.15am ($25/shift)

The Job:

• Serve as technical expert for assembly and test process across the product lines
• Lead troubleshooting of critical and escalated production issues with cross-functional teams
