Job summary
Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled engineer for a 12-month renewable contract onsite at Changi. The role focuses on designing and developing equipment, tools and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes, and supporting automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
You will work with cross-functional teams, run experiments and validation protocols, prepare technical documentation, and provide guidance on software coding.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong Python and Power BI skills.
- Experience with robotics, AI/LLMs, and automation.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0/5.0 and GMP/FDA may be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop equipment, tools and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop and execute experiments, tests and validation protocols; analyze results and prepare reports.
- Prepare work instructions, training and technical documentation for production teams.
- Support automation, process technology and validation projects.
- Provide technical guidance on software coding and development.
- Troubleshoot automated equipment and support Industry 4.0/5.0 initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing risks and issues.
- Support robotics, AI and automation-related projects where applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
