Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks an engineer to design equipment and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes at the Changi Singapore Plant, onsite. You will develop experiments, run validation protocols and analyse results to recommend improvements.

Responsibilities include working on Industry 4.0 initiatives, robotics, AI and digitalisation, plus providing software guidance and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in engineering, science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python and Power BI skills required.
• Experience with other programming languages.
• GMP / Good Documentation Practices knowledge a plus.
• Industry 4.0 / 5.0 projects or robotics/AI experience preferred.
• Robotics foundation models and AI experiences advantageous.
• FDA regulatory knowledge advantageous.
• Analytical, problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
• CAD and MS Project experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design equipment, tools and fixtures to improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop and execute experiments, testing and validation protocols.
• Analyse validation results and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
• Develop work instructions, training materials and manufacturing documentation.
• Provide technical guidance on software coding and development.
• Support automation and process technology projects.
• Gather validation data and support deployment of manufacturing technologies.
• Troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing risks and issues.
• Support Industry 4.0 / 5.0, robotics, AI and digitalisation initiatives.
