Job summary

Kinergy Corporation Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to manage RFQ/ECOs, develop engineering docs, and uphold BOM accuracy throughout product life cycle.

You will lead root-cause analyses on prototype equipment, establish preventive maintenance, and drive process improvements to boost quality and efficiency.

Collaborating with procurement, QA, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure compliance with engineering requirements and maintain rigorous SOPs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, system testing, and manufacturing tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills for authoring SOPs and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for managing RFQ and ECOs for both new and existing products.
• Create and maintain mFlow, PCP, pFMEA and Work Instructions (WI).
• Perform root-cause analysis on equipment failures during prototype and pilot runs; establish preventative maintenance protocols.
• Support and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Cross-functional coordination with procurement, BDG, Planner and Buyer and QA.
• Support and oversee FA (First article) builds to ensure compliance with Engineering requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree on Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Min 3 years on Semiconductor or Manufacturing Industry
• Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, system testing, and manufacturing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse complex systems and problems and develop effective solutions
• Competent in setting up auditing and maintaining accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) throughout the product lifecycle.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) paired with strong written and verbal capabilities for authoring SOPs and technical reports.
• Attention to detail in order to ensure that systems and products meet required standards and specifications.
