Job summary

Kinergy Corporation Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced engineer to manage ECOs for new and existing products, and to create and maintain PFMEA, Work Instructions, and related processes. The role requires hands-on experience with equipment assembly, test, and manufacturing tools.

The candidate will troubleshoot equipment, perform data analysis, and drive cross-functional improvements across procurement, planning, QA, and manufacturing. Strong documentation and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 years in semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledgeable in Equipment Assembly and Test with hands-on experience with manufacturing tools.
• Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills (8D/5 Whys/FMEA/CAPA).
• BOM management and technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office with good communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for managing ECOs for both new and existing products.
• Create and maintain mFlow, PCP, PFMEA, and Work Instructions (WI).
• Raise internal Engineering Change Requests (ECR) when required.
• Support and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Cross-functional coordination with Procurement, BDG, Planner, Buyer and QA.
• Support and oversee FA (First Article) builds to ensure compliance with Engineering requirements.
