Job summary

NEWTONE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Software Tester to support QA and testing of enterprise applications.

You will collaborate with development teams and business users to ensure functions meet requirements and remain stable during implementation. Key responsibilities include developing and executing test plans and scripts for SIT/UAT, identifying defects, and performing regression testing to ensure quality before production deployment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software testing experience.
• Experience designing and executing functional test cases.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
• Good understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with defect management tools such asJIRA or HP ALM.
• Good understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
