Job summary

HUA RONG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a project cost control professional to ensure projects are completed within budget and to support cost tracking throughout the lifecycle.

You will prepare bill of quantities, participate in contract management, and analyze design drawings to make cost-efficient recommendations while coordinating with project teams, vendors and Chinese clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and relevant certifications.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Applicants with more than one year of experience will be given priority.
• Mandarin speaking and written is essential to coordinate with Chinese clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project cost guidance and control to ensure the project is completed within budget.
• Prepare the bill of quantities and participate in project contract management.
• Analyze design drawings and specifications and make optimal suggestions.
• Coordinate and work with project teams, vendors and contractors to ensure project quality and drawings are up to standards.
