Job summary

H&H RESOURCES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) cum Project Engineer to support our construction projects across commercial and site operations. You will prepare cost estimates, take-offs and progress claims, and review drawings.

You will monitor costs, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, assist the Project Manager, and prepare reports to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, costing and contract administration.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle site work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and quantity take-offs
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders and payment documents
• Monitor project costs, materials and subcontractor works
• Review construction drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor site progress, quality and work schedule
• Conduct site inspections and resolve site/technical issues
• Assist the Project Manager in managing projects from start to completion
• Prepare project reports and necessary documentation
