Job summary

Weixiang Construction is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, quantity take-off and budget tracking for main materials on site in Singapore.

You will prepare tender submissions, source and negotiate with vendors, and manage cost control across projects, ensuring compliance with Singapore contracts law and regulations. Strong numerical skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Strong numerical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of Singapore contracts law is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Material ordering and budget tracking for main materials.
• Preparing tender submissions within deadlines.
• Source, negotiate and award contracts to vendors.
• Tendering and contract documents administration.
• Cost control and monitoring of actual costs vs. contract.
• Advising project team on contractual rights and arbitration procedures.
• Ensure cost management within budget throughout the project.
