Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a dedicated Partner Operations Manager (Mandarin) to drive partner and service performance within the global Delivery function. You will own end-to-end operationalization and ensure high-quality support for the Airbnb community across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to balance day-to-day tasks with strategic initiatives that improve partner outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer service or operations.
• 5+ years in partner management or a BPO environment.
• Travel internationally and be available for weekend/on-call duties.
• Translate strategic goals into concrete actions for partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end performance of partners/services/languages.
• Drive improvements aligned with company strategy and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Quality, Workforce Planning, Training to act on insights.
• Act as single point of contact across Delivery and CS.
• Report performance to senior leadership and hold partners accountable.
