Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer service or operations role with 5+ years partner management/BPO.
• Proven ability to drive performance as a partner/ regional operations manager.
• Experience managing real-time crisis situations and high-severity cases.
• Data analysis and reporting skills to identify trends and set standards.
• Translate strategies into actionable partner programs with measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to work weekends/on-call and travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Own holistic performance of partners or services and ensure high-quality support.
• Set up partners to deliver exceptional service and align with company strategy.
• Prioritize high-impact areas and collaborate with Quality and Workforce planning.
• Serve as single point of contact across Delivery and CS for partners.
• Present performance updates to leadership and hold partners accountable.
• Lead end-to-end adoption of new initiatives affecting partners and services.
• Collaborate with regional markets and internal functions (BPI, PMO, Product).
