Job summary

Airbnb Singapore is seeking a Senior Business Operations lead to own Asia's growth cadence, reporting, and cross-functional delivery. Based in Singapore, you will partner with country teams across Japan, Korea, India, and Southeast Asia, and collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product, Payments, and Policy to drive regional roadmap.

You will synthesize trends, lead regional programs, and build AI-powered automation into reporting to scale operations.

Qualifications

10+ years in business operations, strategy, or program management.
Experience across multiple countries and time zones in a marketplace or OTA environment.
Proven ability to build and run operating cadences for distributed teams.
Strong cross-functional orchestration and executive reporting.
Experience applying AI and automation to reporting and insights.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operations and delivery of regional growth levers.
Own regional business reporting structure, inputs and cadence.
Drive cross-functional roadmap across supply, product, payments, policy, and growth marketing.
Oversee regional competitive insights for guest and host markets.
Build AI-enabled automation into region's reporting and operations.
Synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with legal, tax, finance and country teams.
