Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an accomplished CEO/Managing Director to lead a regional business through its next phase of growth and transformation.

Reporting to shareholders, this commercially driven executive will set strategic direction, oversee P&L and organizational performance across Asian markets. The role requires deep experience in a major international trading house, strong exposure to commodities, and a proven record of building partnerships, evaluating investments and driving M&A.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience at a major international trading house.
• Strong exposure to physical commodities, mining, natural resources, metals, energy.
• Regional leadership across China, Korea, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.
• Experience leading a sizeable regional or international business with full P&L.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on leadership with executive presence.
• Experience with India market is a plus.
• Experience with family-owned or family-controlled businesses is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, P&L and commercial direction of the business.
• Drive sustainable growth across key Asian markets and identify new business opportunities, partnerships and investment platforms.
• Evaluate acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic investment opportunities.
• Strengthen organizational capabilities, leadership depth and governance.
• Drive business transformation, operational performance and financial discipline.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with customers, trading partners, financial institutions and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with shareholders on strategic priorities, investments and long-term value creation.
