Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies that identify and capitalize on new markets, customers, and suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, banks, and business partners to support commercial success
• Oversee commercial transactions, including payments, invoices, and business record accuracy
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics such as operating costs, revenue, and profitability to inform decision-making
• Lead commercial negotiations and finalize business arrangements with key stakeholders to maximize value
• Resolve operational and commercial challenges by coordinating with relevant internal and external parties
• Design and enhance business processes and operational procedures to improve efficiency and compliance
• Ensure all company activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
