Job summary

Woodlands Hospital is seeking a seasoned HR professional to strengthen workplace psychological wellness and staff engagement. You will partner leaders across the organisation to implement WellCARE programmes, enhance wellbeing frameworks and support an excellent employee experience aligned with our care model.

The role focuses on leading programmes, managing projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to foster a healthy, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in employee wellbeing, staff engagement or related HR functions.
• Experience in incident management or employee support services is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
• Experience leading programmes from conceptualisation to evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of WellCARE programmes and annual training plans.
• Develop strategies to promote workplace psychological wellness and staff resilience.
• Partner stakeholders and units to build awareness and ownership of wellbeing initiatives.
• Coordinate training, workshops and talks on workplace wellness and crisis management.
• Measure programme effectiveness and drive improvements in engagement outcomes.
• Represent HR in engagement and culture projects and committees.
