Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a capable professional to own and drive digital products in the Service Delivery domain across the full product lifecycle, bringing product thinking and hands-on UX to serve citizens and employees.

You will lead UX research, translate insights into journey maps and prototypes, define health metrics, and work with diverse stakeholders and vendors to deliver user-centred solutions within policy and security constraints.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in UX research and design, including user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and prototyping.
Familiarity with tools such as Figma or equivalent.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working within cross-functional teams and/or with product owners or managers of digital products.

Responsibilities

Define and prioritise product features based on user needs, business requirements, and policy constraints.
Lead hands-on UX research activities including user interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing.
Translate research insights into journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes, iterating based on testing and feedback.
Define and track UX and product health metrics to guide post-launch product decisions.
Work across various stakeholders and vendors to align requirements and keep service delivery.
Communicate product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
