Job summary

Vistra is seeking a Manager, Tax Services in Singapore to lead tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will review corporate tax, GST and personal tax returns, provide tax advice, and supervise staff to deliver quality services.

Based in Singapore with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, you’ll develop client relationships, manage projects, share knowledge, and support continuous professional development through mentorship and ACCA/CA-related training opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of tax experience in a mid-tier or large public accounting firm.
• Accounting degree with Tax specialization; SCTP accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review corporate tax, GST, and personal tax returns.
• Assist clients with responding to enquiries from the Tax Authority.
• Provide comprehensive tax advice and solutions to a portfolio of clients across diverse industries.
• Share knowledge, develop resources, provide training, and supervise staff in delivering quality tax services.

. This full‑time and permanent position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review corporate tax, GST, and personal tax returns.
• Assist clients with responding to enquiries from the Tax Authority.
• Provide comprehensive tax advice and solutions to a portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industries.
• Share knowledge, develop resources, provide training, and supervise staff in the delivery of quality tax services.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, manage their expectations, and ensure excellent client service.
• Develop product brochures and marketing materials.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in managing projects and the ability to provide value‑added solutions to clients.
• Experience working in a mid‑tier or large public accounting firm, with at least 5 years of relevant tax experience.
• A recognised university degree in accounting, with a tertiary qualification in Tax. Ideally accredited by SCTP.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
