MINDEF is seeking a seasoned professional to evaluate and implement the next-generation HR SaaS system in collaboration with industry partners, HR policy teams, and business owners.

You will lead the SaaS evaluation, deployment, and optimization, guiding stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with MINDEF/SAF objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Education in Human Resource, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in SaaS technology, IT project management, or business process re-engineering.
• Strong understanding of government and commercial tech trends.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and offer sound recommendations.

What The Role Is

You will work closely with industry partners, HR policy and business owners to evaluate and implement the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF)/Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) next-generation HR system with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology.

You will work closely with industry partners, HR policy and business owners to evaluate and implement the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF)/Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) next-generation HR system with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology.

What You Will Be Working On

• Chart and plan for the next-generation HR system implementation in collaboration with the Digital & Data Plans team
• Optimise the utilisation of SaaS features to ensure HR processes are at the forefront of technological advancement
• Provide strategic guidance to business stakeholders on maximising SaaS adoption
• Lead the assessment, selection, and deployment of SaaS solutions
• Ensure the solutions are aligned with MINDEF/SAF business objectives

Challenge(s)

• Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to offer insightful recommendations on leveraging SaaS capabilities in MINDEF/SAF
• Managing different stakeholder expectations while navigating the complex and dynamic operating environment
• Handling ambiguity arising from complex issues while maintaining good time management in a high-tempo environment

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Human Resource, Information Systems or a related field is preferred
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, with proven track record in SaaS technology, IT project management, and/or business process re-engineering is advantageous
• Good understanding, knowledge and interest in the latest technology developments in the government and commercial sectors
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse complex issues and offer sound recommendations
