Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Manager, Strategic Resource Allocation Manager (Contract) to implement policy communication to research offices and oversee call-for-projects administration. You will manage daily performer inquiries, track utilisation, and prepare management dashboards with Excel or Power BI.

The role requires 3+ years in analytics/administration/project management, strong analytical abilities, and independence. Experience with research grant calls and high-tech sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics, administration and/or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey concise, clear accounts of information.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in administering research grant calls, government agency engagements, and the high-tech sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Communicate policy to research offices and stakeholders across channels (website, project portal, emails).
• Own and update workflows and SOPs in line with policy.
• Manage day-to-day requests and queries from research performers.
• Administer Call for Projects processes, including applications, LOA issuance, quarterly projections and onboarding.
• Create monthly utilisation reports and dashboards using Excel or Power BI for management.
• Summarise utilisation performance by orgs and share insights during monthly sessions; suggest improvements.
• Ensure timely support for research performers' requests and needs.
• Lead monthly engagement sessions with ROs to update on the call for projects and policy administration.
• Support and contribute to company-wide events.

Job Description

• Implement and ensure policy is communicated to research offices, research performers bytaking ownership of all channels (e.g. updating website, project portal, e-mailers, emails) inaccordance with the planned Call for Projects schedule.
• Implement workflows and SOP in accordance with policy
• Manage day-to-day research performers" requests and queries
• Execute Call for Projects administration (including managing applications, LOA issuance,Quarterly projections, and Onboarding) according to schedule.
• Implement monthly utilisation rate tracking reports (dashboards with Excel or Power BI)for management reporting
• Provide a structured summary of utilisation performance by orgs and share withrespective ROs during monthly engagement sessions, and provide recommendations toimprove user experience
• Ensure that research performers' requests for support are met on time.
• Able to independently lead monthly engagement sessions with ROs to update them onthe call for projects, research performers" project utilisation status and improvefamiliarisation of policy and overall administration of resource allocation processes
• Contribute and support company-wide events.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics and/or administration and/orproject management experience, with a background or interest in IT and/or grant call administration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and convey concise,
  clear accounts of information.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated and willing to learn, adapt, change, and grow as a professional.
• Experience in the administration of research grant calls, government agenciesengagements, and the high-tech sector will be an advantage.
