Job summary

A leading Chinese bank is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their Singapore office.

You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Department in managing the full spectrum of HR activities including payroll management, recruitment, performance review, staff welfare and benefits, expatriate management (work pass applications), and employee relations.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience in the banking industry and be proficient in written and spoken Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders and to support HR matters involving Mandarin-language communication.
