Public Service Division is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive NAC’s brand positioning and audience engagement through integrated campaigns, digital optimisation, and corporate website management. You will lead consumer campaigns, collaborate with agencies, and champion audience development across life stages and personas.
You will also oversee the NAC corporate website, coordinate content governance, analyze analytics, and provide actionable SEO improvements to boost organic reach.
Drive NAC’s brand positioning and audience engagement through integrated marketing campaigns, digital performance optimisation, strategic NAC corp social media management, and NAC corp website management. The Manager leads marketing initiatives that connect NAC with both industry partners and audiences, delivering measurable results in support of NAC’s strategic objectives.
Work closely with sector leads as a collaborative marketing partner, providing practical advice on campaigns, messaging, and NAC corp brand application
In a small team setting, this means: being hands-on and responsive — reviewing materials, aligning on creative direction, and ensuring that NAC’s corporate positioning is clearly communicated across all touchpoints, whether a social post, a proposal deck, or an event backdrop; provide advice on how to co-present NAC’s brand accurately and effectively within their own channels, developing co-marketing toolkits or guidelines where relevant
Oversee the content governance of NAC’s corporate website, ensuring it functions as a central hub for information, in-depth content, and resources for artists, audiences, and stakeholders
Work closely with NAC content reps on site performance, content updates, and technical improvements.
Monitor and analyse website analytics to surface actionable insights — including top-visited pages, top-searched keywords, and traffic sources — and translate these into content and SEO improvements that increase organic traffic and search engine visibility
Lead the annual website content audit process
Passionate about Singapore’s arts and cultural landscape.
Experience developing integrated marketing strategies that work across two audience layers — engaging arts organisations, venue partners, and programme collaborators at the industry level, while driving awareness and participation among public audiences — is essential
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in marketing with demonstrated results.
Hands-on experience managing organisational websites, including content governance, SEO, and working with web development vendors.
Strong stakeholder management and communications skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment are required.
