    As a Travel Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in negotiating yearly contract rates with key suppliers such as hotels and transportation providers. Your responsibilities will include updating information about prices, promotions, and conditions from suppliers to related departments. You will be tasked with handling daily sales requests and supporting the Sales department to improve the conversion rate of proposal confirmation, ultimately enhancing Easia Travels" competitiveness. Collaboration with various departments including Contracting Manager, Production, Sales, Operation, and Reservation will be essential to evaluate the quality of suppliers and adjust contracting strategies accordingly. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends to expand the database of hotels and suppliers, supporting the Contracting Manager in developing contracting strategy plans, and actively participating in local networking events. Reporting to the Contracting Manager will be a key aspect of your position.To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in a MICE/Holidays or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and services will be beneficial. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong dedication to customer service are essential qualities for this position.Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with clients to meticulously plan and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours. Providing expert advice and recommendations on travel options, destinations, and activities in alignment with client preferences and budget will be a crucial part of your role. You will conduct comprehensive research on travel-related aspects such as visa requirements, restrictions, and health and safety guidelines. Crafting detailed and customized travel itineraries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients will be a priority.Managing the end-to-end booking and reservation processes, including ticketing, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel insurance, will be within your scope of duties. Effective communication with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to guarantee smooth logistics and address any arising issues promptly is essential. Staying informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations to provide accurate information to clients will be part of your ongoing learning process.Additionally, you will be expected to solicit and utilize customer feedback and reviews to enhance service quality continuously. Collaborating with various departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to optimize overall business efficiency will be crucial.
