Job summary

Singtel Group is seeking a Manager, Product Marketing – Phone Plan in Singapore to own the Phone Plan proposition, manage P&L, pricing policies, terms and waivers, and drive go-to-market and lifecycle initiatives.

You will lead weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, analyze drivers of product performance, and coordinate with Sales, IT and Operations to ensure accurate data and robust processes. The role emphasizes market benchmarking and impactful campaigns to grow postpaid ARPU.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Development.
  • Competence in project management and marketing.
  • Detail-oriented with execution focus.
  • Strong strategic communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Able to multitask, analyse information and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Phone Plan product, including P&L, policies and waivers.
  • Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and analyse key business drivers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure reporting data is accurate and robust.
  • Support and develop the price plan portfolio across product strategy, go-to-market, operations and lifecycle management.
  • Benchmark the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and evolve policies in response to market developments.
  • Define and implement business processes to support Sales, Consumer Operations and other stakeholder teams.
  • Brief Sales, IT and Consumer Operations teams on mobile products, policies, product-specific terms and conditions, FAQs and waiver guidelines.
  • Design campaigns using market research insights and develop effective sales pitch tools to activate Sales channels and drive postpaid subscriber acquisition, attachment and penetration rates, and ARPU.
  • Develop business cases for new projects and evaluate costs and potential revenue cannibalisation.
  • Support and maintain policies for voucher issuance, payment tally to partners and exceptional voucher handling.
  • Support the management of postpaid SIM card and eSIM strategy, including purchasing and stock-level monitoring.

As the Manager, Product Marketing – Phone Plan, you will own and support Singtel’s core price plan portfolio, with a primary focus on the Phone Plan proposition.


You will drive the product’s P&L, strategy, go-to-market execution and lifecycle management, while keeping ahead of domestic market developments and evolving policies to ensure our propositions remain competitive and relevant.


How You will Make An Impact:

Own the Phone Plan product, including P&L, plan policies, terms and conditions, FAQs and empowerment matrix for waivers.


Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and analyse key business drivers and product performance.


Coordinate with internal departments to ensure reporting data is accurate and robust.


Support and develop the price plan portfolio across product strategy, go-to-market, operations and lifecycle management.


Benchmark the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and evolve policies in response to market developments.


Define and implement business processes to support Sales, Consumer Operations and other stakeholder teams.


Brief Sales, IT and Consumer Operations teams on mobile products, policies, product-specific terms and conditions, FAQs and waiver guidelines.


Manage mobile-related escalations on product behaviour and waiver requests from Sales and Hotlines.


Design campaigns using market research insights and develop effective sales pitch tools to activate Sales channels and drive postpaid subscriber acquisition, attachment and penetration rates, and ARPU.


Develop business cases for new projects and evaluate costs and potential revenue cannibalisation.


Support and maintain policies for voucher issuance, payment tally to partners and exceptional voucher handling.


Support the management of postpaid SIM card and eSIM strategy, including purchasing and stock-level monitoring.


Skills for Success:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or another relevant discipline.


3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Development.


Competence in project management and marketing.


Detail-oriented with a strong bias towards execution.


Strong strategic communication skills.


Strong stakeholder management capabilities.


Able to multitask, analyse information and identify impactful business outcomes.


Able to think on your feet, take initiative and work independently.
