Job summary

Ultra Clean Asia Pacific is hiring an Assistant/Manager, Planning in Singapore to lead a team of planners and manage material planning for production schedules. You will oversee materials availability, coordinate with purchasing and operations, and ensure on-time delivery by maintaining data integrity in SAP/ERP systems.

The role requires 5+ years in material/production planning with leadership experience and strong proficiency in MRP/ERP tools, including SAP, Kinaxis and Power BI, with a focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or related field.
• Diploma in mechanical/electrical/electronics or mechatronics.
• 5+ years in material planning, production planning or supply chain with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Planners to achieve key performance targets.
• Plan & schedule materials availability to support production on time.
• Coordinate with Buyer, Operations, Programme and Warehouse for on-time delivery.
• Maintain data integrity in systems; input purchase and fabrication parts accurately.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop contingency plans.
• Renew and monitor forecast, pull in/out with suppliers as needed.
• Execute materials planning and purchasing for production fulfillment.
• Generate management reports and participate in production meetings.

UCT is looking for a talentedAssistant/Manager, Planningto join us inSingapore!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of Planners to achieve the key performance
• Parts maintenance checking before project kicks in
• Manage 500-1000 items per projects
• Plan & schedule materials availability to drive production to meet customers delivery commits
• Co-ordinate with other departments includingBuyer, Operations, Programme and Warehousefor on-time delivery
• Systems data maintenance and integrity, key in purchase parts and fabrication parts correctly.
• Identify the possible production bottlenecks and have contingencies plans
• Work with existing vendor on the completion of the new revision material or temporary change order.
• To renew, monitor and translate forecast into material plan and pull in & out with suppliers accordingly.
• Execute materials planning and purchase for production fulfillment
• Review report daily with purchasing dept.
• To coordinate withquality engineers of any non-conforming materials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers
• Attend production meetings and any others for communication and update purpose
• Generate management report and other activities as assigned by Superior

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science/ Mathematics/ Materials /Industrial Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Industrial Systems Engineering

Experience Requirement:

• Preferably in manufacturing environment
• At least 5 years of experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain management, with leadership experience
• Having strong requirement of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, advanced excel, kinaxis, power BI, dashboard analysis)
• Experience with lean manufacturing or sig sigma is advantageous to have
