A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Manager for their Marketing & eCommerce Consulting team based in Singapore. This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience. Based in Hilton’s Singapore Area Office, the Marketing & eCommerce Consulting (MECC) team drives commercial performance by enabling hotel and cluster teams with Marketing best practices and guidance through engagement, empowerment and consulting support. The candidate will be a part of a performance-driven team, focusing on working with property teams to leverage Hilton Marketing Engine, systems and processes effectively.
The Manager is a key member of the hotel consulting team; collectively responsible for the marketing and online channel performance of over 170 hotels (and growing) through a combination of proactive and regular reactive consulting support across Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China and Mongolia region).
The Manager will be responsible for delivering empowerment initiatives and consulting support designed to enable hotels to drive increased market share and revenue. This role is critical in ensuring hotels have the right marketing plans in place to support their commercial objectives, enhance competitive online presence and visibility to drive online channel performance. The Manager will provide hotels with best-in-class guidance across multiple subject matters and topics, including but not limited to marketing planning, paid media, content management and optimization, retailing, social media and SEO, and connect hotels to wider enterprise initiatives and the marketing engine at Hilton.
This role will also be responsible with the Team to create and maintain efficient workflows and processes that will support hotel and market needs, as well as leading specific projects that deliver enterprise value in collaboration with various departments across Global Marketing & Loyalty, Regional Marketing & eCommerce Consulting, and Commercial Services.
