Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in HR strategy and program development.
• Proficiency in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills; good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
