Job summary

Vital Vision Technology invites a capable financial professional to join our Singapore office as Senior Accountant. You will manage accounts for two entities, oversee GST, treasury reports, and payroll, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

You will lead payments, maintain ERP data in Microsoft Dynamics 365, and prepare confidential finance reports for directors. The ideal candidate has 4+ years' experience, strong detail orientation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Min. 4 years of working experience with full sets experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident to engage with management / operations team on the ground.
• Attention to detail, hands on and is able to work independently.
• Experienced in ERP system Microsoft Dynamic Business Central.
• High integrity and accountability in a workplace.
• Singaporean and PR only.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts for two entities end-to-end.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare and manage treasury reports weekly.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries.
• Post and review job advertisements.
• Conduct preliminary interviews.
• Manage payroll and CPF submissions.
• Track and manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Prepare and present sensitive and confidential finance & HR reports to directors.
• Oversight of office management and other accounting/finance duties.
• Manage and maintain process documentations for finance and operations.
