Job summary

Vital Vision Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a Manager, Finance & HR to lead the full accounting function for two entities and oversee GST, treasury, payroll, and compliance tasks in Singapore. You will liaise with auditors and tax agents, manage work pass applications, and ensure confidential reporting to directors.

A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accounting and 4+ years’ experience are required, with ERP expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Min. 4 years of working experience with full sets' experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident to engage with management / operations team on the ground.
• Attention to detail, hands on and is able to work independently.
• Experienced in ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Singaporean and Permanent Resident only.

Responsibilities

• Manage accountant and oversee full set of accounts for 2 entities
• Prepare and review quarterly GST, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules
• Prepare and manage treasury reports weekly
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries
• Posting and reviewing job ads
• Conduct preliminary interviews
• Manage payroll and CPF submissions discreetly
• Track & manage all work pass applications, renewal & cancellations
• Prepare and present sensitive and confidential finance & HR reports to directors
• Oversight of office management and other accounting/finance duties
• Manage and maintain process documentations for finance and operations
