• At least 5 years of relevant experience with proven delivery capability across finance and risk projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver finance, accounting, risk and transformation engagements.
• Advise clients on complex accounting standards and financial reporting matters.
• Support projects involving IFRS, PCAOB and technical accounting issues.
• Perform finance process reviews, process mapping and control assessments.
• Lead SOX and internal controls-related engagements.
• Support finance operating model (Finance TOM) transformation initiatives.
• Participate in cost optimisation and Zero-Based Budgeting programmes.
• Identify and assess finance and enterprise-wide risks.
• Engage directly with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior business stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Support business development and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
• Participate in client presentations, industry events and professional networking activities

Job Description
