Job summary

Our client, a leading global MNC, seeks a highly experienced senior finance leader to oversee the financial function across global operations and lead an experienced finance organisation. You will partner with the CFO and senior commercial leadership to advise on financial, strategic, operational, and organisational matters, supporting growth across markets.

Our client is a leading global MNC. As they enter into their next phase of growth and transformation, there is now an opportunity for a highly experienced senior finance professional to join them in this newly created role.

Role

Reporting to the CFO and partnering closely with the senior commercial leadership team, you will have comprehensive financial oversight of the organisation and lead an experienced finance organisation across global operations. As a key strategic and analytical thought partner, you will advise senior leadership on a broad spectrum of financial, strategic, operational and organisational matters, while providing the commercial insights required to support growth and performance across countries at varying stages of maturity.

Requirements

Ideally, you are an accomplished senior finance leader with extensive experience in a global and complex multinational environment. You have led broad finance including accounting, FP&A, shared services, tax and treasury, with additional exposure to areas such as manufacturing and distribution. You bring strong international experience encompassing mature, and emerging/high growth developing markets. You have a strong track record of partnering senior stakeholders. You are commercially astute, strategically minded and comfortable operating in a highly evolving and dynamic environment. Strong communication and effective stakeholder engagement is an absolute non-negotiable. Given the global nature of the mandate, candidates with significant international experience and a strong understanding of the Singapore and Asian business environment will be favourably considered.
