The successful applicant will lead engagements on IFRS, PCAOB and technical accounting topics, engage with CFOs and senior stakeholders, and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to business development and thought leadership across diverse projects.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of relevant experience across finance and risk projects.
• Experience across external audit and internal audit and controls.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver finance, accounting, risk and transformation engagements.
• Advise clients on complex accounting standards and financial reporting matters.
• Support projects involving IFRS, PCAOB and technical accounting issues.
• Lead SOX and internal controls-related engagements.
• Support finance operating model transformation initiatives.
• Participate in cost optimisation and zero-based budgeting programmes.
• Identify and assess finance and enterprise-wide risks.
• Engage directly with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor junior team members.
• Support business development and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
• Participate in client presentations, industry events and professional networking activities.

Job Description

• Lead and deliver finance, accounting, risk and transformation engagements
• Advise clients on complex accounting standards and financial reporting matters
• Support projects involving IFRS, PCAOB and technical accounting issues
• Perform finance process reviews, process mapping and control assessmentsLead SOX and internal controls-related engagements
• Support finance operating model (Finance TOM) transformation initiatives
• Participate in cost optimisation and Zero-Based Budgeting programmes
• Identify and assess finance and enterprise-wide risks
• Engage directly with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior business stakeholders
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Support business development and contribute to thought leadership initiatives
• Participate in client presentations, industry events and professional networking activities

The Successful Applicant

• Experience across multiple disciplines:External audit and accountingInternal audit and controlsFinance transformation
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with proven delivery capability across finance and risk projects
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
