Job summary

HL Bank Singapore is hiring for a role focused on growing SME and corporate deposits and FX, expanding the bank's share of wallet, and delivering proactive market insights. You will also gather competitive product ideas with the Product Team and provide dedicated client servicing to build long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in SME banking with a strong network, plus excellent communication and business acumen to drive results in a competitive marketplace.

Qualifications

• Degree / Professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance or other related disciplines.
• 3–5 years SME banking experience with a strong business network and proven track record acquiring new business accounts.
• 3–5 years in acquiring deposits, cross-selling FX and cash management solutions.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, energetic, result oriented and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new SME/Corporates customers for deposits and FX.
• Increase transaction throughputs to enhance the Bank’s share of wallet.
