Job summary

A Singapore government agency is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and partner with stakeholders to attract top talent. What the role is:

Do you have an eye for identifying the potential in people? As part of JTC's dynamic recruitment team, you are crucial in attracting the best talent for the job which would continue to propel JTC in breaking boundaries in the landscaping of future industrial spaces.

What you will be working on:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process and work with various stakeholders on recruitment and selection activities.
  • Review, implement and expand recruitment drives to attract high-quality talents.
  • Partner with recruitment agencies to help support and administer rewards and benefits related matters for temporary staff, ensuring compliance with policies and contractual obligations.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and outreach activities, to position JTC as employer of choice.
  • Review and assess HR processes and systems and initiate relevant changes and process improvements.
What we are looking for:
  • Background in Human Resources or other relevant disciplines
  • Possess minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, recruitment or employer branding
  • Effective Communicator –> You communicate clearly and concisely through written and spoken language, and are comfortable interacting with all stakeholders to get them to understand your perspective
  • Analytical –> You have the ability to visualize and articulate complex problems and see a situation from different points of view
  • Negotiator -> You have a good sense of judgment and have the ability to influence and convince others to achieve the desired outcome
