Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Manager to oversee parade-related activities, including coordinating performing groups, rehearsals, costumes, props and on-site logistics. The role also covers planning, scheduling rehearsals and filming sessions, and supervising performance areas during events.

You will assist in creating video and projection content, liaise with Sound, Lighting and Effects teams, and participate in creative meetings to support the artistic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1 year in Production Management or related field.
• Excellent coordination and organisational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Willingness to work outside office hours including late nights and weekends.

Job description

We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee the participation of performing groups for a parade, as well as other aspects including music, costumes, props, floats, and more.

Up to $5,000 per month

ASAP - 31 May 2027, subject to renewal

Lavender MRT / Event site as required

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate performing groups, managing rehearsals , logistics, costumes, music, props, floats and administrative requirements.
• Support production planning and execution , including scheduling rehearsals and filming sessions, coordinating logistics, and overseeing performing areas during rehearsals and actual performance days.
• Assist with the development and production of video and projection content by sourcing materials and coordinating with Sound, Lighting and Effects teams.
• Participate in creative meetings with choreographers and production teams, contributing ideas and supporting the artistic direction of parade items.
• Recruit and manage production volunteers while providing administrative and secretariat support, including presentations, meeting minutes and documentation.

Requirements :

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 1 years' experience in Production Management or related fields.
• Excellent coordination and organisational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent timelines.
• Comfortable with working outside of office hours including late night and weekends leading up to and during the performance days.
