Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Operations Management, Security Management, IT or related discipline.
• Experience leading operational teams in access control, security, customer service or similar.
• Strong governance, compliance, risk management and operational controls.
• Experience in digital transformation, process improvement or system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience balancing security with operational and customer needs.
• Maritime, logistics, transportation or critical infrastructure experience is a plus.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver secure and practical access solutions
• Oversee risk management, audits and compliance activities to safeguard operational integrity
• Develop and inspire a high-performing team while managing vendor and service partner relationships

Requirements :

• Degree in Business, Operations Management, Security Management, IT or a related discipline
• Experience leading operational teams in access control, security, customer service or similar environments
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, risk management and operational controls
• Experience in digital transformation, process improvement or system implementation projects
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to balance security requirements with operational and customer needs
• Experience in maritime, logistics, transportation or critical infrastructure sectors will be an advantage
