PSA Corporation is seeking a capable operations and governance leader to run the PSA Pass Centre, ensuring secure, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery in a dynamic environment.

You will drive digital transformation, implement robust governance, and use data analytics to guide performance and decisions, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard operational integrity and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Operations Management, Security Management, IT or a related discipline.
• Experience leading operational teams in access control, security, customer service or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, risk management and operational controls.
• Experience in digital transformation, process improvement or system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to balance security requirements with operational and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end operations of the PSA Pass Centre, ensuring efficient, secure and customer-focused service delivery.
• Drive access governance through robust policies, controls and compliance frameworks.
• Lead digitalisation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends, improve performance and support business decisions.
• Manage projects involving access systems, digital services and operational transformation.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver secure and practical access solutions.
• Oversee risk management, audits and compliance activities to safeguard operational integrity.
• Develop and inspire a high-performing team while managing vendor and service partner relationships.
