As Duty Manager of the Health Safety and Security function, your main responsibilities include:

• Leading the Emergency Response team during emergency incidents
• Planning Health Safety & Security and fire awareness programmes, trainings, and inspections
• Coordinating with government agencies on fire, security, and pandemic follow-ups
• Planning and coordinating fire, rescue, and station drills; and red teaming drills
• Developing maintenance schedules for operational equipment and vehicles
• Managing security service providers
• Ensuring compliance with ISPS & CERT requirements
• Preparing and reviewing contingency plans, SOPs, and other related plans/practices

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Hold leadership roles in SCDF or SPF
• Those from SCDF Specialist track (EMT, Hazmat, Marine) or SPF/security-related positions are preferred
• Candidates with FSM certification will have an added advantage
• Able to meet the fitness requirements of the job and can perform shift duties
