Job summary

LI DA CIVIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee site operations, planning, and execution on a major Singapore project.

You will coordinate with clients, designers, consultants and subcontractors, supervise manpower, ensure safety and schedule adherence, and resolve on-site issues with timely decisions.

Job description

1. Lead and supervise the construction project team, overseeing site operations, project planning, execution, and progress monitoring in line with the approved master schedule and detailed work programme.

2. Establish effective coordination and communication with clients, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities regarding project activities and requirements.

3. Oversee manpower allocation and resource planning, while monitoring work schedules to ensure efficient task assignment and seamless site operations.

4. Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to identify and resolve site-related issues in a timely manner.

5. Supervise and monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to the project schedule and requirements.
