Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and progress independently
• Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
• Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client's representatives
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and subcontractor to perform on site work
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
• Ensure the quality of work
• Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
• Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
• Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site
• Attend project meetings
• Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
