Job summary

SYNAPTEC PTE. LTD. is recruiting an Operations Manager in Singapore to oversee daily transport, delivery and logistics operations. You will plan driver schedules, route assignments and manpower deployment while monitoring performance and service standards.

You will coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, customers and management, resolve delays and ensure compliance with company procedures and Singapore regulations. Prior supervisory experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in logistics, transport, delivery operations or fleet management.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple drivers, routes and daily assignments.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and logistics operations will be an advantage.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Able to work independently and handle urgent operational matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred.
