Job summary

A HOTEL JOO CHIAT PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure smooth workflow, coordinate multiple departments, and drive service standards in Singapore’s competitive hospitality market. You will lead and motivate staff, develop and implement business strategies and operational plans, monitor performance and identify areas for improvement, handle guest inquiries, and build strong management reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant management experience is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
