Job summary

YIZE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end renovation, plumbing and air-conditioning projects in Singapore. You will oversee on-site teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely handovers with quality and safety compliance.

By coordinating clients, consultants, authorities and suppliers, you will drive project performance, prepare progress reports, and maintain documentation for stakeholders and management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of renovation, plumbing and air-conditioning projects, from initial planning to final handover.
• Supervise, schedule and coordinate on-site workers, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain work quality and productivity.
• Control project budgets, track costs, process progress claims and optimise project expenditure.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and relevant authorities on project matters; resolve on-site issues and disputes in a timely manner.
• Ensure all works comply with Singapore building codes, workplace safety regulations and company quality policies.
• Prepare regular progress reports, project documentation and handover materials for internal management and clients.

Job description

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to lead our project delivery. You will oversee full project lifecycles, supervise on-site teams, manage client and stakeholder relations, and ensure all works are completed on schedule, within budget and in full compliance with Singapore regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. End-to-end management of renovation, plumbing and air-conditioning projects, from initial planning to final handover
