Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to maintain smooth business functioning and deliver high service standards in the beauty and aesthetic establishment
• Manage and supervise therapists, beauty specialists, receptionists, and other staff to optimize team performance and service delivery
• Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties, and monitor attendance and performance to ensure operational efficiency
• Enforce adherence to company policies, operational procedures, hygiene standards, and service guidelines among employees
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of beauty, aesthetic, and wellness services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally to maintain positive client relationships
• Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to support business growth
• Support sales activities, promotions, membership programmes, packages, and customer retention initiatives to drive revenue
• Track daily sales, appointments, and customer bookings to assess business performance and identify trends
• Assist in setting sales targets and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and growth
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of beauty products, equipment, and supplies to ensure availability
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers to maintain smooth procurement and service operations
• Ensure premises, treatment rooms, equipment, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and presentable to customers
• Monitor operational expenses and assist with budgeting and cost-control measures to optimize profitability
• Train, guide, and motivate employees to maintain consistent service standards and enhance team capabilities
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development to build a skilled and motivated workforce
• Maintain accurate records of customers, staff, sales, inventory, and daily operations for reporting and compliance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace requirements, and relevant regulations to uphold standards
