• Financial Duties: handle client payments; manage cash flow; maintain daily sales and expense records; help develop sales strategies.

Job description

Staff Management

Supervise and guide a team of beauticians, therapists, and stylists. This includes scheduling shifts, conducting performance reviews, and providing training on new techniques and product lines. They are also often involved in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.

Operational Oversight

Manage day-to-day salon activities, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of all work areas, and maintaining salon equipment. They are responsible for monitoring and ordering inventory of professional and retail products.
