• Coordinate daily operations of the beauty and aesthetic establishment to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Lead and supervise Managers, Supervisors, beauty therapists, specialists, receptionists, and operational staff to achieve performance goals
• Establish and enforce operational standards, procedures, and service guidelines to maintain consistent quality
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, attendance, discipline, and service standards to uphold operational excellence
• Develop staff schedules and manpower plans to optimize workforce allocation and operational coverage
• Set and track sales, service, and operational targets in collaboration with company management to drive business growth
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, customer acquisition, retention, and repeat business
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to identify performance gaps and implement improvement actions

• Assist with budgeting, financial monitoring, and business performance analysis to support management decisions
• Review operational, sales, customer, and staff performance reports to inform strategic planning
• Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies for service expansion, revenue growth, and operational improvements
• Participate in recruitment, staff selection, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives
• Coach and mentor Managers and Supervisors to enhance leadership and operational capabilities
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between management and operational teams
• Develop and implement staff training programs to improve service quality, product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and workplace requirements are properly implemented and adhered to
• Collaborate with senior management on business planning, operational strategies, and company initiatives

• Lead initiatives to improve productivity, service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall business efficiency
• Represent the company professionally in interactions with customers, suppliers, business partners, and stakeholders
