Chateraise Singapore Pte Ltd invites potential candidate to apply for a Management Trainee – Warehouse & Inventory Operations with one opening, based in Jurong, Singapore. The role covers daily warehouse tasks, stock accuracy, and coordinating delivery logistics to ensure on-time dispatch.

The trainee will support stock checks, SOP compliance, and general administrative duties, requiring a Diploma/Degree in supply chain or related field and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Business Administration/Retail.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Warehouse & Inventory Operations: Learn daily warehouse activities, check fruits in cold room, receiving, picking, packing, and stocktaking with SOP compliance.
• Delivery Management & Logistics Coordination: Plan delivery schedules, manage driver routes, and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Work closely with drivers to ensure compliance with delivery procedures.
• Any ad hoc and administrative duties.

Job Description

1. Warehouse & Inventory Operations:
   Learn and support daily warehouse activities, including checking of fruits in cold room, receiving, picking, packing and stocktaking. Ensure accuracy in stock levels and compliance with SOPs


2. Delivery Management & Logistics Coordination:
   Assist in planning delivery schedules, managing driver routes, and ensuring timely dispatch of goods.

Work closely with drivers to ensure compliance with delivery procedures.

Any ad hoc and administrative duties

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Business Administration/Retail


2. Proficient in MS Office


3. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin


4. Team player with good communication skills, responsible and positive


5. Able to work incold room


6. Alternate Sat (half day)
