The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Management Trainee (Service) in Singapore.

Salary is $3150 - $3300 monthly, with 6 working days per week and rotating 12-hour shifts (9am-9pm or 11am-11pm). Daily two-way transport is provided from Caldecott/Bishan MRT, with direct MRT/home travel for late hours; uniform and meals are provided. Responsibilities include operating the assigned F&B outlets, uplifting customer relations, reducing wastage, driving upsells to hit sales targets, and

Qualifications

• Possess Degree certificate.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related industry.

Responsabilités

• Operate the F&B outlets assigned.
• Uplift customer relations and attend to customer complaints/queries promptly.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
• Upsell to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policies and SOPs.
• Create interesting cocktails and constantly innovate in preparation and presentation.
• Understand the crucial aspect of bar and beverage control.
• Pair food with drinks and make recommendations accordingly.
• Any ad hoc duties as required.
• Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
• Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standard.

Working Hours: 9am - 9pm / 11am - 11pm (12hrs per day, rotating shift)
Working Location: (Near MacRitchie reserved)
