Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Management Trainee (Service) in Singapore.

Salary is $3150 - $3300 monthly, with 6 working days per week and rotating 12-hour shifts (9am-9pm or 11am-11pm). Daily two-way transport is provided from Caldecott/Bishan MRT, with direct MRT/home travel for late hours; uniform and meals are provided. Responsibilities include operating the assigned F&B outlets, uplifting customer relations, reducing wastage, driving upsells to hit sales targets, and

Qualifications

Possess Degree certificate.
Minimum 1 year experience in related industry.

Responsibilities

Operate the F&B outlets assigned.
Uplift customer relations and attend to customer complaints/queries promptly.
Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
Upsell to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policies and SOPs.
Create interesting cocktails and constantly innovate in preparation and presentation.
Understand the crucial aspect of bar and beverage control.
Pair food with drinks and make recommendations accordingly.
Any ad hoc duties as required.
Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standard.
