Nextbeat Singapore Pte.Ltd. is hiring for a role with a 6-day work week and a shift from 10AM to 10PM, in a busy F&B setting at Novena. The position involves cashiering, order processing via deliveries, daily operations, housekeeping, and delivering courteous service to customers.

Candidates with a Diploma and a service mindset can apply for a Management Trainee track with training and room for career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holders preferred for Management Trainee position.
• Service-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Handle cashiering duties, including taking customer orders and processing orders from delivery platforms.
• Support daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare condiments in accordance with SOPs.
• Carry out housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and general cleaning.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly workplace at all times.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance where required.
• Deliver attentive and courteous customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive working attitude.

Monthly Salary: UP to $3200 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Novena

Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week

Split shift from 10AM to 10PM

• Handle cashiering duties, including taking customer orders and processing orders from delivery platforms
• Support daily shop operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare condiments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Carry out housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and general cleaning
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly workplace at all times
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance where required
• Deliver attentive and courteous customer service
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain a positive working attitude

Candidates with relevant experience and educational background may be considered for a Management Trainee position.
